Win money

playing football

Paid football tournaments turn skill into something you can actually win. On PlayChamp, players enter with Gram, the fees sit in escrow, and the winners take the pot. This guide covers how the money works, how to raise your odds, and how to play responsibly.

How paid football tournaments work

On PlayChamp, a paid tournament has a Gram entry fee. When you join, the fee moves from your balance into the tournament pot (escrow). At the end, prizes are paid to the winners from that pot, after an optional organizer cut of 0–10% and a 3% platform fee. Nobody receives your money directly, including the host.

Getting started

  • Create a free account and deposit Gram to your balance.
  • Browse tournaments and look for paid events with an entry fee you are comfortable with.
  • Check the organizer trust score before joining. It is public on paid events.
  • Read the tournament rules so you know the format, platform, and schedule before you commit.

Raise your odds

  • Practice the format you enter. Knockout, round robin, and group stage events reward different strengths.
  • Play where your platform is strong. Console and PC players have different matchups to master.
  • Join events when you are fresh. Late-night impulse entries rarely play better than planned ones.
  • Keep a consistent schedule. The players who improve are the ones who play every week, not just when a big prize is posted.

Manage your bankroll

Only enter tournaments with money you can afford to lose. Set a weekly budget, treat entry fees like the cost of playing, and never chase a loss by joining a bigger event. Winning is possible, but no platform can guarantee it, and anyone who promises guaranteed wins is not being honest with you.

Play fair and stay safe

Submit real scores, keep proof of your matches, and report anything that feels wrong. Only players who joined a tournament can report it, and reports pause joins and payouts while admins review. A clean platform works better for everyone who plays on it.

Winning and withdrawing

  • Prizes credit to your PlayChamp Gram balance when the organizer settles the event.
  • Recent winnings clear for 30 minutes before they can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals go back to the wallet you first deposited from, locked with your PIN.
  • Minimum withdrawal is 0.5 Gram with a 1% fee, minimum 0.08 Gram, and a rolling 50 Gram daily cap applies.

Frequently asked questions

Can you really win money on PlayChamp? Yes. Paid tournaments take real Gram entry fees and pay prizes from the escrow pot to the winners. Play well and you can come away with more than you entered.

How much can I win? It depends on the pot. Bigger entry fees and more players mean bigger prizes. Check the prize structure before you join.

Do I have to pay to play? No. Free tournaments are available on PlayChamp too. Paid events are optional.

What if a tournament I joined gets reported? Joins and payouts pause while admins review. If the event is cleared, play and prizes continue.
